I am Jen Wiggin, LMT, NCBTMB. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2012 and currently practice at two locations:

My goal is that you will receive a massage that will be tailored to you using a variety of techniques and modalities as I am certified in Cupping and the Graston Technique. Massage Therapy is beneficial for not only your muscles and joints, but your mental state as well. It helps release your natural endorphins that work as your body's natural pain killers. My mission is to help decrease pain and soreness and to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.
